RHS girls' tennis 3rd at Casey Doubles
Strong play up and down the line-up helped Robinson High School's girls' tennis team to a third-place finish at the Casey-Westfield Doubles Tournament Saturday (Sept. 15).

Robinson won one flight and finished second in two others on their way to totaling 135 points to finish behind Flora, who won with 140 points and Teutopolis, who was second with 139.

"We stress to the girls every year how important each game is, but it has never been as close as it was this year," RHS head coach Steve Jenkins said. "I received several compliments from other coaches and players of how well all of our girls worked together and their court movement."

Clothing Center gets 'gross' donations
Editor:

The Clothing Center Workshop, a Matthew: 25 Ministry, on Outer East Main Street, was founded in 1966 by the Robinson Lions Club (and is still supported by the Lions Club). Since its founding, it has been operated in several different locations due to such things as availability, cost, expanding business, and various other factors. The current dilemma, expanding business, is the subject matter of this letter.
