Maroons roll past Charleston, 75-62
Efficient shooting helped Robinson High School's boys' basketball team jump out to an early lead and the Maroons made it stand up Tuesday night (Dec. 11) in a 75-62 win over visiting Charleston in a non-conference contest, snapping a seven-game losing streak in the process.

Robinson shot nearly 60 percent from the floor and just under 80 percent from the free throw line, as the Maroons attacked the basket at will against a subpar Charleston defense.

"We are the most successful when we are getting to the basket," RHS head coach Mack Thompson said. "We have guys that can put the ball on the floor and get to the hole and they did a good job of that tonight."
